MCT lesson plan, feedback and reflection 1.
The first lesson that has been observed by MCT which was about creating sentences using is and are. In this I got a feedback on how breif my lesson plan was and I had to work on planning my lesson in the other lesson that was observed by both MST and MCT

The second lesson that has been observed by my MCT was about community identifying community workers and associating vehicles with workers. The outstanding part of this lesson was the role play that the students have created in the beginning of the lesson.

The third lesson that has been observed by my MCT which was developing students writing skills. The focus in this lesson was on placing the comma correctly when creating sentences. This lesson was very inspiring since it made me want to do more writing in class.

The final observed lesson by my MCT, in this lesson I have taught my students about some writing skills such as using verbs and being more detailed by imagining a story that they want to write. I have implemented a strategy that I have used continually in class which was having black flash cards for writing new words.

The first lesson that has been observed by MST which was about an introduction lesson to community workers, the learning objectives were identifying community workers, associating vehicles with workers and describing locations. In this lesson I focused on my PDP goal, which was formative assessment.

IThe second lesson that has been observed by my MST, which was a reading lesson, the purpose of this lesson was to focus on the verbs in the story and understand what each verb means. I focused on my interpersonal skills which is one of my PDP goals.

The third lesson that has been observed by my MST, which was a grammar lesson and it was about recognizing when to use she, he and they. Students had to form different sentences using she/he and they to show their understanding.

The final lesson that has been observed by my MST, I planned a lesson based on a story that I have introduced. In this lesson I used shared reading and guided reading strategies, which helped my students to understand and enjoy the story. I focused on my voice and showing enthusiasm while reading.
