Building the ability to provide support in the classroom for each individual and using demonstrating different techniques to help students understanding.

Monitoring, Assessment and evaluation

Using summative and formative assessment in the classroom when assessing the students to understand students strength, weakness and progress.

An ongoing reflection in the classroom, focusing on the developing the critiques that have been given during feedback.
